Best rated alu die casting manufacturer and supplier? Fine blanking machinery used for Automotive components, power tool components and textile machinery components. The process of fine blanking holds very tight tolerances and sometimes can eliminate secondary operations. Materials that can be fine blanked include aluminum, brass, copper and carbon, alloy and stainless steels. The vacuum aluminum die casting process was originated and developed China, GC Precision Mold is the die casting manufacturer who has reached experience in this die casting process. Aluminum die castings can also be easily plated or finished. Aluminum die castings are dimensionally stable and heat resistant. Find additional details at Zinc Die Casting.

These features of die cast aluminum make it relevant to almost all industries. Due to its excellent electrical performance and shielding properties, it is perfectly suited for electronic connectors and housings. The alloy’s lightweight makes it relevant to the automotive industry by helping it achieve fuel efficiency in cars. Die cast aluminum is also popular in the telecom and computing industries where it is used for networking and infrastructure equipment.

GC Mold is a commitment to quality and adherence to international standards has made it a well-known name in forgings. Its strength lies in its wide range of forgings products like fittings, forged parts automobile, forged steel fence parts, the forge motorcycle parts, hot forged parts, forge valve to automobile spares etc. which are manufactured and exported worldwide. We offer a wide range of forgings for automotive, aircraft, military, motorcycle, bicycle, hoisting, and numerous other applications. Our manufacturing partners rigorously test the forgings we distribute to provide the highest quality product. They are able to make all necessary forging dies used on all the forging equipment.

There are two main types of sand used for molding. “Green sand” is a mixture of silica sand, clay, moisture and other additives. The “air set” method uses dry sand bonded to materials other than clay, using a fast curing adhesive. When these are used, they are collectively called “air set” sand castings to distinguish these from “green sand” castings. Two types of molding sand are natural bonded (bank sand) and synthetic (lake sand), which is generally preferred due to its more consistent composition.

Typically, die casting can be done either by a hot chamber process or a cold chamber process. The former is used for alloys with low melting temperatures such as zinc, lead or tin. The cold chamber process is used for alloys with high melting temperatures such as aluminum, brass or magnesium. The hydraulic-powered plunger that was used to inject the molten metal in the die remains in the forward position to keep pressure on the molten metal as it solidifies. Once, the aluminum completely solidifies, the shape is formed. The die can only be opened once the required cooling time has passed and the metal has solidified. Thicker walls will require longer cooling times. Find more information on https://www.aludiecasting.com/.
